Get these A&E people off this website! Shame on them! Richard and Team Trademark are pure class and a pleasure to watch. The new teams are awful. I won’t watch that show anymore except for reruns with Trademark.
The Yale Team was fun to watch.. and they did a good job on the tiny house. I still prefer team Trademark.. but the Yale team is a nice choice over any of the others Flip This House has had on.. that is besides team trademark.
What is this FLIP THAT HOUSE show.. thats not Richards new show is it.. I thought it was call THE REAL DEAL?
I wonder if A&E now requires a background check. They should.
these flipping shows are so unrealistic. I work with investors and have done several of these and they can cost alot more money for all the upgrades that they do on these shows. cabinets and granite solid peices are expensive. they also mislead people on what the commissions are for listing costs. All of these have been in a climbing market. The unrealistic up market we have had that is now tanking would give you an increase in value even if you did abad job. Lets see how they do in the falling market we have now. Loan programs have disappeared and people just cant qualify without the stated income interest only.
I wish they were still casting for this show
